This Application has the transversal support of the Portuguese sovereign bodies, namely His Excellency the President of the Portuguese Republic and the unanimous support from all political parties and members of Parliament. This Application was aproved by unanimity by Lisbon’s municipal executive committee and voted by “unanimity and acclamation” at Lisbon’s Municipal Assembly;
